Smart charging is no longer a future promise. While the market is debating ultra-, hyper- and megawatt charging, this session shows what already works reliably today - in real-world deployment, testing environments and large-scale rollouts.
The focus is on real systems, validated standards and robust developments across the entire EVSE performance chain: Development and real-world performance of modern EV charging power levels, validation and testing of EVSE across the full lifecycle, European developments in charging alliances and interperability, itelligent infrastructure concepts beyond traditional power scaling, industrial perspectives on scalable charging hardware and systems.
Moderated by the German National Charging Infrastructure Coordination Center (Nationale Leitstelle Ladeinfrastruktur or short NOW GmbH), the session also provides direct insights into current funding frameworks, deployment strategies and regulatory developments.
It is complemented by a contribution from Women in Mobilitx, followed by a guided exhibition tour for industry experts.
For CPOs, EMPs, electricians and hardware providers, one key message becomes clear: It is not about maximum charging power - it is about a system that relaibly works in practice.
