Entrances and access requirements

To ensure full traceability of all participants during setup, the event and dismantling, all persons entering the premises must register.

During the event, access to the site is only possible with a valid VCR proof (Vaccinated, Checked, Recovered). During online registration this proof will be requested and can be uploaded directly. Only then will your ticket be activated for access.

The access to all The smarter E Europe exhibitions (Intersolar Europe, ees Europe, Power2Drive Europe and EM-Power Europe) is located at the East Entrance of Messe München.

The Intersolar and ees Conferences will take place in the Conference Center Nord (CCN). Please use the Northeast Entrance to get to the Conferences.
If you arrive at the East Entrance by subway, you can reach the Conference Center Nord by crossing Hall B6 and C6. Please allow sufficient time for this and follow the signs on site.

Immigration requirements

For international exhibition participants, provided they are vaccinated or recovered, a participation is now possible without major restrictions. In general, proof of VCR must be provided each time you enter Germany. On the website of the European Commission you will find all information on the EU digital COVID certificate, including the validity of the various tests and the Corona vaccines approved in the EU.

The current entry requirements for exhibition participation are available on the AUMA website . Here you will also find a graphic overview of the high-risk areas within Europe and the entry conditions specifically for exhibition participants depending on the RKI qualification of the entry area.

As the situation changes dynamically, we recommend checking the classification of your departure area on the Robert Koch Institute site before departure.
