Electrification is no longer a future topic for fleet management. Reporting obligations, sustainability targets and economic considerations are increasing the pressure on companies to strategically transition their fleets. But how can fleet managers approach electrification in concrete terms without costs, charging infrastructure or car policies becoming a challenge?
This is exactly where the Fleet Transformation Deep Dive comes in. Fleet managers who have already gone through the process will share their practical experiences. Speakers from charging infrastructure, energy management and leasing will show what it takes to build an electrified fleet.
The programme starts with an overview of where fleets currently stand in terms of electrification. In the following panel talk, experts will discuss the key challenges of transforming fleets from their different perspectives. In the afternoon, the programme becomes even more concrete, focusing on:

  • technical questions around electric vehicles in everyday fleet operations
  • a best practice with experiences and learnings from implementation
  • electrify costs in electric fleets
