Jose Donoso has a Bachelor's degree in economics and he´s working in the Renewable Sector for more than 30 years.
He started off in the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), where he was the director of the International Department between 1987 and 2001.
From 2001 to 2011 was Development Director of Gamesa.
Between 2008 and 2011 he was the president of the Wind Association (AEE).

CEO of UNEF (Spanish National Photovoltaic Association).
President of the Spanish Photovoltaic Platform of R+D (Fotoplat).
Member of the Advisory Council of the Organization of Electricity Market (OMEL).
