Dr. Sebastian Bolay has been Head of Energy, Environment and Industry at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) since 2022. Prior to this, he had already been working at the DIHK since 2011 on energy policy issues, particularly the electricity market and renewable energy. Before that, he worked for the Association of Municipal Companies (VKU) and in academia.
