Alix Chambris is leading Group Public Affairs at Viessmann since January 2019. Focus areas include the decarbonisation of heating and cooling by 2050, the consumer centric transformation of energy use, improved comfort, connectivity and competitiveness. Previously heading Danfoss EU public affairs, Alix has been president of EuroACE, the European Alliance for energy efficiency in buildings, and vice-president of EU-ASE, the European alliance for energy savings. Alix has fifteen years experience in EU policy making and business with a strong focus on energy and climate policy. She has worked in the European Commission where she drafted regulations on the eco-design and energy labelling of energy related products. Alix holds a masters degree in Economics from the College of Europe and a masters degree of the institute of political science at Science-Po Strasbourg.
