Bio

After studying electrical engineering and obtaining a MBA, Thomas Raffeiner spent several years working for Siemens in Erlangen, Singapore and Munich. The Industrial Plant division, Regional Headquarters Asia/Pacific, and Corporate Strategies and Development were only some of the areas he passed through in his time with the global conglomerate.
Surrounded by strategists and consultants, Raffeiner moved to Accenture as a 'Certified Thinker' in 1999, where he became the firm's youngest partner worldwide in the course of its IPO. Raffeiner headed up a large number of international restructuring and growth projects as well as various global initiatives in his role as Managing Partner for Strategy, M&A, and Energy and Natural Resources, before leaving in 2004 to set up his own business: The Advisory House - a strategic consultancy specialising in energy.
In 2009, inspired by what was technically possible and convinced that we are approaching the end of the age of fossil fuels, he founded The Mobility House, one of Europe's first service companies for electric mobility.
Today, Thomas Raffeiner works with many long-term associates in a team of 60 people dedicated to providing innovative energy services and storage solutions. The goal: to speed up the “Energiewende” and help electric mobility achieve a breakthrough.
Conquering summits is what matters to this pioneer in electric mobility: via hiking, biking and paralifting in his leisure time - but above all, in the world of business with his team.
