Dr. Tanguy Hubert is a Senior Engineer at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), with the Integration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) group. Focus areas include solar PV, energy storage, DMS/DERMS, microgrids, distribution markets, and techno-economic analysis for non-wire alternatives. Before joining EPRI, Dr. Hubert was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Operations Research at Georgia Tech where he worked on inverse optimization for grid management. During his studies, he also spent time at the French Department of Energy, and the RAND Corporation. Dr. Hubert is a graduate from Supelec; he received the MS and PhD in electrical and computer engineering, and the MS in public policy, all from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
