Christoph Stürmer is the head of CharIN Academy, a subsidiary of the industry association CharIN e.V., which promotes standards for electric vehicle charging worldwide. He began his professional career at Daimler-Benz AG as a product manager for engines and transmissions and strategic planner. This was followed by more than 10 years at IHS Automotive. He then lead the global automotive think tank Autofacts® at PwC and was equity partner at Vindelici Advisors. He is also a co-founder and shareholder of a start-up company for mobile batteries and battery-as-a-service.
